Christophe Lenouvel
Co-founding PartnerChristophe began his career at BNP Paribas, working for the first 12 years in the Acquisition Finance team (in Paris and London), before moving in 2008 to BNP Paribas Principal Investments (the bank’s proprietary investment team) as Investment Director, focusing on minority equity and subordinated debt investments as well as the launch of the secondary activity. He was appointed Head of Principal Investments in 2012 and led the launch of BNP Paribas Agility Capital (an AMF-authorized management company) as CEO, successfully raising a 1st fund of €739m opened to third-parties.
Christophe graduated from Centrale Lyon and Imperial College London.
Arnaud Martin
Co-founding PartnerArnaud began his career at BNP Paribas, where he spent over a decade across multiple roles, starting as a credit analyst, then moving into M&A in Paris and New York, Acquisition Finance in Paris and London then secondary debt, before taking part in the set-up of the restructuring business of BNP Paribas’ investment bank. In 2012, he joined BNP Paribas Principal Investments as Investment Director, focusing on minority equity and debt transactions, and served as Deputy CEO of BNP Paribas Agility Capital, where he was closely involved in fundraising, investments and LP relations.

Oana Oprean
General CounselOana began her legal career as an investment funds attorney, spending several years in the private funds practice of Arendt & Medernach (Luxembourg), Clifford Chance (Luxembourg) and Goodwin Procter (Paris), advising leading asset managers on private equity and fund transactions. She then joined PAI Partners as head of fund legal, overseeing fundraising, fund structuring and regulatory matters across the firm’s platform, and was a key contributor to the closing of PAI Partners VIII at €7.1bn.
Oana graduated from Harvard Law School, HEC Paris and Sorbonne Law School, and is a member of the Paris and New York Bar.
Frédéric Evora
Investment ManagerFrédéric began his career in leveraged finance at Bank of Ireland, after having gained experience at Naxicap and Ardian. He then joined Inspiring Sport Capital, a first-time fund focused on sports & entertainment, where he structured and managed transactions across a range of situations in Europe, with a focus on lower mid-market buyouts and early-stage venture investments.
Frédéric graduated from Neoma Business School and Korea Business School.
Philippine Chandeclerc
Investment AnalystPhilippine began her career in private equity within the French investment team of Mutares, before gaining experience in M&A at Lincoln International, and then joining Elyan Partners (Edmond de Rothschild) where she focused on majority, minority and co-investment transactions across European mid-market buyouts in various sectors.
Philippine graduated from ESCP Business School.
